Level of visual geometry skill towards learning style Kolb in junior high school

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the visual thinking level junior high school students with learning style assimilators, converges, accommodators, and divergers in solving geometry problems. The type research used is qualitative a grounded theory case design. subjects studied were consisting 6 56 students. Data collected through inventory (LSI) test given group participants based on Kolb model, then problem-solving interviews students, namely two assimilator one accommodator, diverger data from written results interviews. Then, time triangulation carried out obtain valid data. was conducted interview paired video recordings. showed that converger able achieve at global level, being carry activities well problems, illustrate problem correctly geometric drawings/objects, represent problems mathematical symbols precisely can express relationships between images well.
